Coach and Manager Forms
Coaches and Managers are all volunteers who are reimbursed their reasonable expenses related to the carrying out of their voluntary position. However, before any reimbursement can be made, the following forms must be completed:
Coaches
Coach & Manager letter in support of Statement by a Supplier
Club Coaches Form 2010 (for coaches of the women’s teams only)
Managers
Coach & Manager letter in support of Statement by a Supplier
How to get paid
1. Complete all the forms detailed above.
2. Perform the role for the 2010 season.
3. Issue a tax invoice to the Club for your reasonable expenses at the end of the season.
4. The club will then transfer the money into the bank account nominated in the Coach/Manager Information Form.
NOTE: If payment is being deducted from your playing fees, this will be done at the start of the season, but if you do not perform the role, we will chase you for the remainder of the fees.
