Women’s Turf Players – Umpiring Allocations
Each women’s turf player has to umpire one game (either turf or grass) during the 2010 season as part of their voluntary contribution to the Club. As only qualified umpires can umpire on turf, the remainder of the turf players must umpire a grass game.
If you are new to umpiring and would like a mentor to help you, please contact Brett Wallis, Women’s Umpiring Coordinator (Brett Wallis at B.Wallis@bluecare.org.au or 0410 622 287) and he can help to organise this.
As grass game umpire allocations are made by the BWHA, they will be posted here.
If you are willing to pay upfront for a replacement umpire, the following people can be approached:
Amy Ryan, Tania Wallis, Raelene Bernett, Hannah Bloch , Petra Faas O’Meara
Please contact Brett for their details. If you do get someone else to do your umpiring, please inform Brett ASAP.
