Women’s Grass Fees and Registration

To be eligible to play for the Club each player needs to:

1.  Complete the Club Membership Form and return it to the Secretary at contact@quthockey.com;

2.  Complete the BWHA 2010 Hockey Membership Form and return it to the Secretary at contact@quthockey.com;

3.   If you have played for another club affiliated with the Brisbane Women’s Hockey Association (BWHA) in the past three (3) years, obtain a financial clearance from your old club and provide it to the Secretary at contact@quthockey.com.  If you require assistance with this please contact the Secretary at contact@quthockey.com;

4.  Comply with the Club’s “Fee Payment Policy”.

The “Fee Payment Policy” will be posted soon, but it can be summarised as follows:

The Club is a not-for-profit organisation.  Therefore, in addition to paying the fees, each player is expected to undertake one voluntary activity for the Club this year (eg. backup umpiring) in addition to participating in the annual Salvation Army Red Shield Appeal Collection.  

There are 2 options for paying full time fees:

OPTION 1:  Pay 100% by Friday 2 April 2010 and receive a $25 discount

OPTION 2:  Pay 70% by Friday 2 April 2010 and 30% by the end of the first round (date to be advised) – no discount will be applied.

Fees for the 2010 season are as follows:

GRASS  
Full time grass (Full payment made by 2 April 2010) $350
Full time grass (70% paid by 2 April 2010 and 30% paid by the end of the first round) $375 ($262.50 by 2 April 2010 and $112.50 by the end of the first round)
5 game casual grass $130

Women (Grass)
 
BWHA Rego   $235
Training        $30
Coaching      $35
Club Fee     $75
 
Total           $375

In addition to paying these fees all women are expected to make a “voluntary contribution” to the Club by participating in the Salvation Army Red Shield Appeal and participating in the BWHA “Working Bee”.

ANY PLAYER WHO HAS NOT PAID AT LEAST 70% OF THEIR FEES BEFORE 2 APRIL 2010 WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TAKE THE FIELD.
