To be eligible to play for the Club each player needs to:
1. Complete the Club Membership Form and return it to the Secretary at contact@quthockey.com;
2. If you hae never played in the Brisbane Hockey Association (BHA) competition before, complete a BHA New Player Form and return it to the Secretary at contact@quthockey.com;
3. If you have played for another club affiliated with the Brisbane Hockey Association (BHA) in the past three (3) years, obtain a financial clearance from your old club and provide it to the Secretary at contact@quthockey.com. If you require assistance with this please contact the Secretaryat contact@quthockey.com;
4. Comply with the Club’s “Fee Payment Policy”.
The “Fee Payment Policy” will be posted soon, but it can be summarised as follows:
The Club is a not-for-profit organisation. Therefore, in addition to paying the fees, each player is expected to undertake one voluntary activity for the Club this year (eg. backup umpiring) in addition to participating in the annual Salvation Army Red Shield Appeal Collection.
There are 2 options for paying full time fees:
OPTION 1: Pay 100% by Friday 19 March 2010 and receive a discount
OPTION 2: Pay 70% by Friday 19 March 2010 and 30% by the end of the first round (date to be advised) – no discount will be applied.
Fees for the 2010 season are as follows:

The full time membership is comprised of the following:
BHA Rego $350
Training $70
Game Fees $210
Coaches $70
Club Fee $75
In addition to paying these fees all men are expected to make a “voluntary contribution” to the Club by participating in the Salvation Army Red Shield Appeal and providing back up umpiring (details to follow).
ANY PLAYER WHO HAS NOT PAID AT LEAST 70% OF THEIR FEES BEFORE 19 MARCH 2010 WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TAKE THE FIELD.
