Hockey Australia is asking for nominations of people who have taken on a leadership position within the Hockey Community and have contributed to improving hockey.  They want to award hockey individuals aged between 15-20years of age and that are mad about hockey and everything about it!! Nominated individuals need to have held a leadership position within the Hockey Community over the past 2 years and acted as a role model for youngsters.   The criteria and a nomination form have been attached, it should be noted that this certificate is not based on playing ability.   State Nominations close Friday 4^th June and all nominations will receive a Hockey Australia Youth Leadership Certificate (to be provided by Hockey Australia).   The 2 best nominations from each State will be awarded with a FIH Youth Leadership certificate.  One National Winner will then be selected from the best State Nominations to represent Australia at the 5^th World Hockey Youth Promoters Festival 2010 being held in Monchengladbach, Germany from the 1^st – 7^th August 2010.
